In accordance with articles 22-26 of Kosovo Law No. 03/L-090 on Infrastructure Public-Private-Partnerships and Concessions and the Procedures for their Award, this RFQ is the first part of a two-stage public procurement procedure for an envisioned Public-Private-Partnership for Pristina International Airport.
